Q.: How does it work? A.: Resonant frequency is the underlying concept. Fundamentally speaking,  (for those who don' t know what Hertz are) each entity in the universe is made up of a chemical and atomic structure that makes it that particular entity. In simple terms if you can imagine the atoms vibrating in these objects you will see that there will be a high and a low to each vibration and that eventually the same vibration pattern will occur.     The  New 2007 Examiner Targette-Garvin is the latest addition to the range of LRLs made by Ranger-Tell (Remote Sensing) and the most accurate to date. The completely new  Parameter Option System (POS) was developed solely by  Ranger-Tell and increases it's value as a detector a thousand-fold.                

Now all you need do is enter a number provided with the unit and tune to a sample for more accuracy... The Examiner is finely tuned  and needs no further adjustment during the locating session. Immediately you can detect gold, silver and precious metals with the same ten-second process. Also as close as the next frequency (on request and deliverable by email immediately when we can and don't need to obtain samples) you can find any gemstone even diamonds and US Notes. In the instructions you will find how to tune to almost any material once you have a sample.  

The Examiner T-G 2007 allows your creativity to be applied to determination of shape and in setting depths and distances to work within. You can also work within size ranges e.g.  > 10   <1000  grams.   You will only find targets between 10g and 1kg.

It doubles as a super MFD which you can use with rods (orderable). Since the NMR frequencies we employed recently we have enhanced even further. It is a better MFD than units that cost many times more. The Examiner will also function silently as an all-metal detector just like your standard detector but with much greater range. Users are often amused by what appears to be the scientific calculator per se attached to the unit. It is a breakthrough only Ranger-Tell has developed. The Ofki©  (Omni Field Key Interpreter) concept is connected via induction to the main circuitry inside the control box and outperforms units that are five times more expensive due to our unique system of coil-aerial and amplifier electronics.  They use bulky oscillation principles  with too many expensive bells and whistles.  We incorporated a convertible oscillator system that we program to produce a certain type of signal that we amplify without direct connection but enough induction to enable the antenna to home in on the target.   The techs at Ranger-Tell should get a science prize for this original concept.  Now our Ofki© system keeps the entered frequency indefinitely. That's it! You can detect for days and the system should be as fresh as it was when you started, still no readjustment needed. We have eliminated the tuning screw system with the T-G. All tuning is performed with a simple turn of the dial. It will not only keep your physical aerial at the same level, which means no evening lag etc.  We have tried many configurations and the latest is the greatest. The system is attached via extremely strong strips that allow for battery changes down the track. You can't buy this always-on low-light concept calculator we have installed anywhere as a current line anywhere in the world but it's so good we use it ourselves.We recently obtained the last available in Europe. This is the only one in existence that will respond to Lux10 and thus conform to our requirements for the Examiner.  (RT).

The telescopic brass antenna is light and effective, gliding to your target smoothly and distinctly. You can alter the range of the Examiner by extending this. You will find a short length is desirable depending on your area. A thick scrub that allows little length is easily overcome by shortening the aerial and the sensitivity dial which can cut out kilos of gold etc weight, can be adjusted around for detection power either subsurface or surface.  This Anubis dial in conjunction with the antenna will let you home in on your targets, without drift and not giving you a swing to those you don't want. You simply need to insert your sample in the ground  to test your unit and tune to it to give you an idea of the size avoided. (R)

Inside the unit is a unique flat aerial wound precisely to give you  perfect inductive transference  of  field  information.  Since  coil  inductance  is the  connecting mode of transference  there is no  connection between some of the componentry, in the same way there is no link between a radio transmitter and a receiver. There is no L-rod in the unit as some postulate,  or anything that looks like an L-rod  (save for the shaft flange which is 1/4 in. long for screwing). There is a primary and secondary coil system minimally wound for precision and no cosmetic dials etc.  No psychological tricks are employed to focus energy and it  can operate as standalone detector without the user connecting it to the ground.  This resolves any doubts re it's operation.

          The tuning dial allows you to tune out micron quantities of gold that are generally everywhere in goldfields by fine tuning and  varying  the antenna length. It will also give you an idea of other sizes like nuggets so you can concentrate on these.   But the main innovation with the T-G 2007 is the depth and distance verifier and the level of detection depth,(RT) distance,(RT) weight (RT) and shape (T) option.   All this in metric or imperial system too.(T)       No longer will you worry that your target is too deep.  You can even set it to a foot  (your metal detector range)  if you want.    You could even set it for  surface  or five feet or even 3 inches.   Plus, gone is the old fear that an iron pipe  is throwing you out from 500 feet away.Your search area is not over there. As well as depth level you can set search area extent.  If you just want to screen a square mile,  set and detect. It won't work outside that area.      Once again this area can be a foot square ...any area whatever.   Equally interesting is the function that will tell you the shape and  size of your  target in grams (RT) and quality in  carats. • Whenever we find a new frequency or technique we sometimes send it to customers even going back a year. We have employed many circuit configurations and the updating continues every few weeks. The Examiner is a dynamic system. We employ Dowzilla Lite© (part of an early version  can be seen exploded  on a competitor's site though it is not correctly  examined); Tesla coil variants; BIBE (Built-In Body Equalizer) and dynamic circuitry based on resonant frequency and induction which creates a unique pincode frequency-set that no-one else can duplicate due to the custom nature of the coil winding and component value system that is ours alone. Each push moves it forward and after a few pushes the inertia is such that is become easier to catch the child and propel it with less energy on your part. Each object has it's own frequency of oscillation or the number of cycles or times per second it's atoms are moving in and out. Megahertz or millions of cycles per second is relatively frequent  oscillation. Hertz or few cycles per second (less than 100) is relaatively infrequent  oscillation. This is the meaning of the word frequency. When you tune to a sample of that object the electronics in the locator will resonate or harmonise with the same vibration or frequency in the target and the alignment of the barrel will occur as it attempts to find the correct magnetic polarity between the unit and the target.
